Recipe for Sriracha Deviled Eggs.

6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c mayo
2t (or more) sriracha
1t whole grain mustard( could substitute Dijon if necessary)
1/2 t lime juice
1t minced shallot
Salt to taste

1. Cut the hard boiled eggs in half longwise, use a small spoon to remove the yolk. Place the yolk into a mixing bowl.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
3 using a mixer ( if you don't have a mixer , you can use a whisk. ) mix until smooth, I use my kitchen aid stand up mixer with the whisk attachment.
4. Put the mixture into a piping bag, and pipe it back into the egg whites.

I serve them with either home made potato chips, or a high quality kettle cooked potato chip. Goes great with a craft beer. Or Pabst Blue Ribbon. I'll leave that up to you.

I made sriracha deviled eggs. And served them with kettle chips. Recipe to follow.

A really cool Detroit company!!! Eat local.

I got to cook for Santa's elves. Cross that off of my bucket list.

Gobble gobble.

We had the opportunity to cook an Amish turkey to perfection using a Rational oven. Super high tech. You can roast without over cooking or drying your product out, for up to 24 hours !

Dinner collaborative.

In the next couple of months, a friend and I will be hosting a dinner in a very cool venue. It'll be craft cocktails paired with my food. It's going to be a cool experience. Look out for details later on. We re keeping this an exclusive event!

'Tis the season.
