Hey dudes, here is a recipe for my post workout smoothie!


Blueberry power smoothie

1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c Greek yogurt
1 T peanut butter
1 scoop of chocolate flavored whey protein

1 c milk

1. Combine all ingredients into a bar mixer or smoothie mixer and blend


This makes enough for just about two smoothies!

It's also great for those early mornings!
