This is my first post.
I plan to post once a day, about the day in the life of a professional cook, great restaurants, reviews, recipes,motorcycles,and random thoughts.
I also would like to use this blog as a reminder,that what you see on the food network,is not "real life". The job of a professional chef,is certainly not glamorous. We work for a living, and that doesn't usually include shopping at the local "Whole Foods" for 30 minutes, and then prepare a 12 course meal out of the back of a Toyota Highlander.
The food network isn't real? I'm canceling my cable!

ReplyDeletethank you Alex! I have a lot of thought into the structure of this, so I will try and keep it interesting! We will be doing some cool collaborations with other chefs, motorcycle enthusiasts, and beer brewers!
